No niin nyt on päästy palautumaan Pariisin reissusta. Oli todella ihana reissu. Nyt ymmärrän kun sanotaan, että Pariisissa on taikaa. Sitä siinä kaupungissa todellakin on. Kaupunkiin rakastuu aivan huomaamattaan. Voisin vaikka heti lähteä uudelle matkalle tähän kaupunkiin (mikäli rahatilanteeni sen vain sallisi :D ).

 Matkalla tuli todellakin otettua paljon kuvia ja siksi teenkin monta osiota tästä aiheesta. 

Alright, so I´m back from Paris and hopefully recovered as well. It was a such lovely trip. So amazing and now I finally understand when they say that Paris has magic in it. Oh my, it really has magic. You fall in love with it before you even realize it. I could take another trip in asap, but I think my finance wouldn´t handle it.  :D 

  I took a LOT of pics during the trip and that´s why I´m splitting it to several parts.

1. Cimetiére Du Pére-Lachaise - Pariisin tunnetuin hautausmaa, jonne on haudattu monia kuuluisuuksia mm. Chopin, Edith Piaf, Jim Morrison/ The most famous cemetery in Paris, where many well-known people have been buried like for example Chopin, Edith Piaf, Jim Morrison

2. Place de la Bastille - Asuimme aivan Bastillen aukion lähellä, joten kävelimme sen kautta ensimmäisenä päivänä Latinalaiskortteliin. Bastiljin aukiota koristava 50-metrinen pylväs on vallankumouksen (27.-29.7.1830) uhrien muistomerkki. Aukiolla sijaitsee myös vuonna 1989 avattu Carlos Ottin suunnittelema Opéra Bastille. / We lived just near the Place de la Bastille so on our first day we walked through it to the Quartier Latin. Bastille´s square is decorated by this beautiful 50-metric column that was the monument for the victims of revolution in 1830. Opéra Bastille is also located here.    

3. La Seine, Hotel de Ville - Kävelimme Bastillelta Seineä pitkin Latinalaiskortteliin. Matkalla näimme myös Hôtel de Ville:n / We walked from Bastille to Quartier Latin next to Seine. On our way we also saw Hôtel de Ville.  

4. Cathédrale Notre-Dame - Pariisin (ja omasta mielestäni varmasti koko Ranskan) tunnetuin ja mahtavin katedraali. Katedraali on omistettu Pyhälle Neitsyelle ja sen rakentamiseen kului melkein 200 vuotta. Tämä oli minulle todella vaikuttava kohde ja kun katedraaliin astuu sisään, tuntuu kuin kävelisi aivan toiseen aikaan. Kaikki on niin yksityiskohtaisesti tehty pienimpiä veistoksia myöten. Paikan historian voi melkein aistia sisällä ollessaan. Todella upea paikka. / Paris´s (and I think that also the entire France´s) most known and the most glorious cathedral of all. Cathedral is dedicated to the Virgin Mary (if I´m right and the name also stands for it)). It took almost two hundred years to build it. This was a very impressive place for myself. I really had this "beyond another world" experience when I walked in. It was that powerful place and you can see and feel the history while you´re in there. I absolutely didn´t expect that to happen. But it´s amazing place and definately a must see view if you´re in Paris.
