Sain joululahjaksi Bodylicious kirjan ja olen niin fiiliksissä tästä. Kirjassa on todella hyvin sisäistetty mitkä ovat ne terveellisemmän elämän avaimet. Omat suosikkikohtani ovat esim. miten säilyttää motivaatio. Kuinka havainnollistaa, että kyse ei ole vaan lyhyen ajan dieetistä vaan pidemmän ajan muutoksesta. Myös, että on ihan ok jos välillä lipsuu. Suosittelen lämpimästi, enkä malta odottaa, että pääsen tekemään kirjan detox-mehua. =) 

I got this Bodylicious- book for a Christmas present and I´m so exited about it. I really like how the book assimilates the key points on how to maintain healthier lifestyle. One of my personal favourite  part is how to maintain motivation and how it´s not just a short period of diet, it´s how to keep it for permanently. Also that it´s okey if sometimes you slip. I really recommend this book and personally I can´t wait to try out the detox juice from it. =)

Christmas time.

No niin, edellisestä päivityksestä onkin jo liian kauan kulunut. Pahoittelen. Joulukuu ei ole koskaan mennyt näin nopeasti. Joulu on ehdottomasti lempijuhlani. Rakastan kaikkea joulussa. On ihanaa koristella, leipoa, fiilistellä ja etenkin käyttää jouluvaatteita. ;) Tämä joulukuu on tuonut paljon päätöksiä ja haluan uskoa, että tulevat muutokset ovat hyvästä. Suurin osa näistä kuvista on otettu omassa kotonani Turussa, jossa tykkään tehdä itselleni mahdollisimman valkoisen ja modernin joulun. Vietän joulua tavalliseen tapaani Lohjalla vanhempieni luona ja nautin perheen yhteisajasta. Täällä "kotona" saan nauttia mahdollisimman perinteisestä joulutunnelmasta. =) Oikein ihanaa joulua kaikille! xo

Okey, so it´s been a while from my last updating. Too long and I´m so sorry for that. December has never gone by this quick. I´m serious. Even though, Christmas is definately my favourite celebration. I love everything about christmas. It´s so wonderful to decor, bake, enjoy and especially to wear christmasclothing. :) This december has certainly brought some decisions and I want to believe that upcoming changes are for good. Most of these pictures are taken at my home at Turku where I like to create a christmas atmosphere that is mainly white and modern. I celebrate christmas with my family here at Lohja and I´m so happy, that I get to spend some quality time with them. Also here I get to have that traditional christmas which I also love. =) To everyone have a wonderful christmas! xo
