40 days to Easter 

Eilen oli laskiainen, yksi tämän pitkältä tuntuvan talven hyvistä juhlan aiheista. Meilläkin kotona siis herkuteltiin perinteiseen tapaan hernekeiton ja laskiaispullien kera. =)

So yesterday was laskiainen, which I think is mainly known as fat tuesday. Here in Finland, it´s tradition to eat peasoup and a creamy bun on that day. So good! I did a little research and actually didn´t know that laskiainen means it´s 40 days left to easter. It´s funny because it´s said to have come from catholic and we here in Finland are mainly lutheran and don´t do Lent. :D
